Section 1 - Scope of Services

Unitalia Agency provides educational consultancy and administrative assistance for international students, including but not limited to university applications, scholarship preparation, visa documentation support, housing search assistance, and post-arrival administrative integration.

You understand and agree that while Unitalia Agency puts forth its best professional efforts to secure university admissions, visas, scholarships, or accommodation, final decisions rest entirely with the respective Italian universities, regional scholarship bodies, embassies, or property owners. Unitalia Agency cannot legally guarantee approval from third-party institutions.

Section 2 - Strict Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • General No-Refund Policy: Upon successful payment for any service or package on this platform, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable. This is due to the immediate allocation of agency resources, professional consultation time, and administrative labor required to process student files.

  • Explicit Exceptions: Refunds will only be issued in cases where a specific product description explicitly outlines a unique money-back or partial-refund guarantee (for example, our Student Housing Search service, which guarantees a partial refund of €80 out of the initial €100 deposit if accommodation cannot be secured). If a product description does not explicitly state a refund condition, the standard strict no-refund policy applies automatically.

Section 3 - Mandatory Email Creation & Procedural Consent

To facilitate official institutional communications with Italian universities, regional scholarship portals (such as Universitaly, ALISEO, DSU, etc.), and immigration authorities, standardized communication channels are strictly required.

  • Authorized Email Creation: By purchasing our services, the client explicitly agrees and gives Unitalia Agency full authorization to create, configure, and manage a dedicated professional email address on their behalf.

  • Naming Convention: The client agrees that this email address will explicitly use their real First Name and Last Name (e.g., firstname.lastname@example.com).

  • Procedural Use: This standardized email address will be utilized exclusively to execute, monitor, and complete all academic and administrative application procedures associated with the purchased services. The client agrees to provide all necessary verification codes or secondary security approvals promptly when requested by our team to ensure the smooth progress of their applications.

Section 4 - Accuracy of Client Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate academic, financial, personal, and civil documentation for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, phone numbers, and passport details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as required by institutional deadlines. Providing falsified, altered, or fraudulent documentation will result in the immediate termination of services without a refund.

Section 5 - Modifications to the Service and Prices

  • Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to commercial services and electronic commerce.
